DELIVERY
What delivery methods are offered?
Your deBoulle pieces will be sent via a secure courier service. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safety of your items.
Can I choose a specific time slot for my delivery?
Currently, we are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. However, we are continuously working to enhance our client services and hope to introduce this option in the future.
What are your delivery charges?
deBoulle is pleased to offer complimentary delivery within the United States.
When can I expect delivery of my online order?
The expected delivery date will be calculated and shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Your expected delivery date will also be included in your order confirmation. Should there be any delays, our client services team will notify you via email. For assistance, please feel free to contact a deBoulle Ambassador.
Who can sign for my delivery?
Any adult at the shipping address may sign for the delivery, provided they can present their full name, a valid ID, and their signature.
What packaging will my deBoulle jewelry arrive in?
Your jewelry will be presented in a signature deBoulle box with our elegant ribbon. To ensure discretion and security, the outer packaging will be free of any branding.
I missed my delivery; how can I reschedule?
If you miss your delivery, please contact a deBoulle Ambassador to arrange a redelivery. You may also reach out to the courier directly to reschedule for a more suitable day. For security reasons, the delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed.
IN-STORE COLLECTION
Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, we are delighted to offer in-store collection. At checkout, simply select "try on in-store" to schedule a time and date to try on your item. You will receive a confirmation email with the details. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when collecting your order at one of our stores in Dallas or Houston, Texas.
Can somebody collect my online order on my behalf?
Yes, someone else may collect your order on your behalf. Please notify a deBoulle Ambassador in advance, providing your order number and the name of the person collecting. The nominated individual must present a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for security purposes.
